Anna Faris opens up on her secret marriage with Michael Barrett

Actress, author, podcaster and producer Anna Faris officially confirmed her marriage with Michael Barrett in the Wednesday’s episode of Anna Faris is Unqualified podcast.

Anna Faris and Michael Barrett started dating a month after Anna’s divorce from husband Chris Pratt after 8 years of marriage. They share a son Jack between them.

In the podcast, Anna Faris said, "I'm looking around..my fiancé's right — he's now my husband. Yes, we eloped."

Regarding her experience of the secret wedding, Anna revealed, "It was awesome, yeah, it was great. It was at a local courthouse up in Washington State, it was great.”

The couple met on the sets of Overboard after which they started dating in the year 2017, following their engagement in 2019.

In an interview with People in May, the Mom actress said, “We both get along well because we are introverts and he has two children and that has been awesome. I've really learned a lot about myself through his kids. It's been really rewarding."
