Jana Kramer pens sweet note to daughter to teach self-worth

Jana Kramer has words of wisdom for her daughter Jolie Rae.

Like most mothers, actress and country-singer— Jana Kramer also has hopes and dreams for her daughter Jolie Rae, and she imparted those in a sweet Instagram post. Jana shared a picture of the mother-daughter duo holding hands on the beachside and penned down a heartfelt note for her 5-year-old daughter.

"Oh the things I want for you baby girl," she began. "I want you to always know your worth. I want you to know you will always be okay no matter what. That you don't need someone to validate ur worth and that being alone is okay too but that you are also worthy and deserving of great love. That you are good enough."

The One Tree Hill alum recently split with her estranged former husband Mike Caussin in April. As a newly single mom, Jana is figuring out new ways to mother her little girl and foster confidence and kindness in Jolie so she can grow up and realize the compromises and struggles of her mother. She further wrote:

"It's everything ur momma is working on and I hope one day you can see that what I did and do is always for you and your bother to see what you deserve. #singlemom (sic)."

Jana Kramer’s split from Mike Caussin made many controversial headlines in April, as Jana reportedly filed for the divorce on the basis of "inappropriate marital conduct, irreconcilable differences, and adultery.”
