Kanye West and Irina Shaykh dated long before Kim Kardashian

Kanye West and Irina Shayk's chemistry dates back to long before he started dating estranged wife Kim Kardashian.

The couple, who was recently spotted in France ahead of Kanye's birthday have been dating for a few weeks now. Sources reveal that their relationship “it is casual at the moment, but they are into each other.”

However, an aide close to Kanye has told Page Six that, "Kanye was with Irina briefly before Kim. He had pursued her a long time ago.”

Not to mention, Shaykh has also worked on and off with Kanye for his brand Yeezy for over a decade. She also appeared in his 2010 music video for “Power.”

A source close to Kardashian also commented on West's new relationship with Shaykh.

"It’s good for both of them to be in the news in a positive way, and nobody knows if the romance is real or not.”
