Fans of WandaVision should not expect a future.

Actress Elizabeth Olsen set the record straight by stating that there won’t be a second season of WandaVision. During a conversation with Kaley Cuoco for Variety's Actors on Actors series, Olsen confirmed that there won’t be any future of Wandavision after this season despite the show’s popularity.

Olsen’s answer was negative when Cuoco asked her about any chances of her returning to the set to reprise her role in the future. "It's definitely a limited series,” she added.

The 32-year-old actress shared that she believes the show’s arc is complete and fans should savour this season fully without expecting it to drag. While talking to PEOPLE in January ahead of the show’s premiere, Olsen said,

"No, that's easy for me to answer. It is a limited series. It's a fully beginning, middle, end, and that's it kind of thing.”

She quickly clarified her comments and added, "I mean, I'm saying that. I don't know. I mean, with Marvel, you can never say no. People die, people [come back to life]."

While the second season of WandaVision might not be a possibility, Olsen is ready to reprise her dual role of Wanda Maximoff and Scarlet Witch in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness in the coming year.
