Lio Tipton now identifies as queer and gender non-binary

Lio Tipton has come out as queer and non-binary.

America's Next Top Model star Lip Tipton revealed that they now identify as gender non-binary person and shared their new pronouns at the beginning of the pride month.

Lio took to their official IG handle to make the announcement on Wednesday as they posted a symbolic illustration with non-binary gender representing colours and penned down a note with it.

“Hi. My name is Lio,” they wrote with the illustration. “My pronouns are they/she. I am proud to announce I am queer and I identify as non-binary. I hope to give as much love and support back to those who continue to show love and support for the Pride community at large.”

Lio received an overwhelming amount of support in the comment section after announcing being a queer. Extremely emotional from the “love and support” they received from the fans, Lio also posted a story on their IG and joked, “Clearly didn't affect me at all," the star added through the tears. "Thank you."

Lio Tipton is known for their memorable role as a babysitter in the rom-com Crazy, Stupid Love. Lio also competed on America’s Next Top Model and was placed third. They eventually quit modelling because it felt “too unnatural.”
