In Pictures: Celebrities arrive to ‘Vax Live: The Concert To Reunite The World’

A step towards the normalcy, the event, Vax Live: The Concert to Reunite the World was organized to spread the awareness against the coronavirus pandemic and urge people to get vaccinated. The event was first mass gathering after lockdown in the country.

The concert was sponsored by the anti-poverty non-profit organization Global Citizen, with an aim to promote vaccination against the COVID-19 virus and also raise money and awareness about the need to help poorer countries get greater access to vaccines.

The shooting of the concert took place on May 2 and brought out a number of big stars including Prince Harry, Jennifer Lopez, Selena Gomez and many more. The stars’ performance and stage timings were arranged in person and by video appearance.

The concert will stream live and air Saturday, May 8, 2021, on ABC, ABC News Live, CBS, YouTube, iHeartMedia, and the iHeartRadio App at 8 p.m. ET.
