DMX to be honored at Brooklyn's Barclays Center

Rapper DMX is announced to be honored at a public memorial service at Brooklyn's Barclays Center.

The 50-year-old singer passed away this week after a severe heart attack and left a legacy behind in the shape of his famous vocals.

The rapper will be remembered at the New York-based arena this month. According to his manager, Steve Rifkind, details like ticketing and number of attendees will be determined in due time.

As reported by Deadline, people close to the late rapper will attend a private funeral service at a church in New York City after the public service at Barclays.
