According to PEOPLE, on Tuesday, Tom Felton hosted a watch party where he watched the Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone again with his fans from all around the United States. During interaction with fans, he also talked about late actor Alan Rickman who played the role of Professor Severus Snape in the film series.
The 33-year-old was asked how it was to work with Rickman, he responded, “Scary. He was the only actor I knew and [he was] terrifying in the most pleasant way”.
He added, Rickman had a wicked sense of humor and was “very, very kind”.
Felton said, “I met him when I was 12 so it took me a few years to have enough courage to say more than ‘Hi’”.
He confessed that working with him was “a privilege” adding, “a real privilege.”
In 2016, Rickman died after battling cancer at age 69.
