Lily Collins just sold her sparkling Beverly Hills estate to be with her fiance.
The Emily In Paris star, who got engaged to Charlie McDowell in September, has sold her house for $13.5 million yesterday.
The 31-year-old actress bought the four-bedroom, five-bathroom property for $12.5 million in 2016.
The house is tailor-made by John Elgin Woolf, commonly known as the father of the Hollywood Regency style.
Collins decided to tie the knot with McDowell after her quarantine romance. McDowell is famous for his work as a director in “The One I Love” and several episodes of “Dear White People.”
