As the last year’s coronavirus pandemic outbreak have had disturbed the pattern of businesses of daily life, the film fraternity also evolved into new norms of releasing movies on digital streaming platforms. Many of the big-budgeted, highly anticipated films were delayed several times of their release, while others were released on OTT platforms.

However, now the situation is showing good chances of releasing movies back in theatres after following all the necessary safety precautions of COVID-19, some of the most-anticipated films have got their release dates.

The good news is for fans of Tom Cruise starrer Mission Impossible franchise as the Paramount Plus will stream the latest release of the film installment along with Emily Blunt’s A Quiet Place Part II just 45 days after their theatrical release dates.

The theatrical release date of Mission: Impossible 7 is November 17 and A Quiet Place Part II will hit the theatres on September 17. The movies will reportedly be released on Paramount+ after 45 days, keeping in mind the growing digital future of the cinema and viewership.

The announcement was made by Paramount studio chief Jim Gianopulos during Viacom CBS’ investor day on Wednesday. Paramount Plus, a streaming service will be launched on March 4 to compete with several other streaming giants including Netflix, HBO Max, Hulu, Disney Plus and Apple TV Plus.
