‘The Simpsons’ another uncanny prediction turns out be true about the Inauguration Day

That wasn’t just with the year 2020 that popular animated series The Simpsons predictions were actually turned out accurate. But, in the year 2021, the predictions' accuracy started making people believe that the show has some weird connections with the time.

The Simpsons have yet again made mysteriously accurate predictions about the President’s Inauguration Day. Viewers couldn't help but notice the similarities between Inauguration Day 2021 and the old scenes in the show.

In one of the episodes that went on air in 2000, the episode title Bart to the Future features a play on Back to the Future. Reflecting many similarities to the present, the episode, Lisa Simpson, who becomes president, wears a purple jacket and pearls. On Inauguration Day, Vice President Kamala Harris wore the same outfit.

As reported by the CBS news, it wasn't just the attire that was similar. As Lisa sits in the Oval Office, she says her presidency has "inherited quite a budget crunch from President Trump."

Over the past four years, many fans of The Simpsons have pointed out that the show predicted Mr. Trump would one day be president. This episode also accurately predicts that a woman would become one of the most powerful leaders in the U.S. after his term.

Harris was sworn in alongside the new POTUS Joe Biden on January 20, following the departure of Donald Trump and became the elected officials after winning the historic presidential election in November 2020.
