Lady Gaga delivers powerful performance at President Biden's inauguration ceremony

Former senator and vice president Joe Biden has sworn as the 46th President of the United States of America on Jan. 20, Wednesday. He won the elections in a historic win against President Donald Trump. Vice President Sen. Kamala Harris also made the history of being elected the first female vice president of the country.

The historic inauguration ceremony took place at the U.S. Capitol, American singer and actor Lady Gaga has performed the national anthem with zeal at the inauguration.

The singer took center stage to sing The National Anthem in an outstanding, floor-length red skirt and long-sleeved black top and an oversized gold dove brooch with black leather gloves. She made the entrance accompanied by the President's United States Marine Band.

After greeting President Biden and Vice President Harris, the Star Is Born actress took the mic and delivered a powerful rendition of the notoriously difficult Star-Spangled Banner.

Gaga ended the anthem with her hand over her heart and nodded to Biden, Harris and former President and First Lady Barack and Michelle Obama on her way back to her seat.

Lady Gaga has been a strong supporter of Biden-Harris during the election campaigns as well. She joined the list of singers who had the opportunity to perform on the important days in the history of USA.
