Joe Biden turns 78, will become the oldest president in the history of US

US president-elect Joe Biden have proved it right that age is just a number as he celebrated his 78th birthday on Friday.

As he turned 78, he will become the oldest president in the history of United States. Biden will be inaugurated as the 46th president on January 20, 2021.

As soon as he takes the presidency, he will have to solve critical issues such as, the global pandemic, high unemployment rate and a surge in cases of racial injustice.

Biden will be attempting to accomplish in spite of his title of being the country's oldest president.

During the election campaign, Donald Trump, 74, often criticized and commented on Biden’s age and questioned if he would be able to lead the nation and deal with issues like racial inequality.

Biden, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, will be sworn in as the oldest commander-in-chief of the White House in US history, replacing Ronald Reagan, who left the White House in 1989 when he was 77 years old.
