Marvel can do anything to keep ‘Secret Invasion’ under wraps.

Samuel L. Jackson, who plays Nick Fury, said in an interview with Entertainment Weekly that Secret Invasion fans sometimes flew drones over the filming locations in an apparent attempt to find and disclose details.

The venerable actor continued by saying that they even "shot one down," located the origin of another, and "got" the pilot in question.

"They shot one down. And they followed one back to where the dude was. They found him and, yeah, they got him," said Jackson.

Marvel's security team got Emilia Clarke and others 'scared'

Emilia Clarke, who plays Talos' daughter G'iah in Secret Invasion, explained how her casting was followed by a "terrifying" video discussion with Marvel's security team that made her fear that someone would "come and kill [her]."

"I was like, 'I think a man's going to come and kill me if I say anything,'" Clarke said.

The actress went on to say that she finally "chilled out," referencing her time working on Game of Thrones, and that it "just sucks" when spoilers are revealed, but she denied that she ever "did the spoiling."

Don Cheadle, who plays War Machine in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and is back in Secret Invasion, also joined in to criticise Tom Holland, who plays Spider-Man, and Mark Ruffalo, who plays the Hulk, both of whom are infamous for their past spoiler behaviour.

"They didn't just hold up a picture of Mark Ruffalo and Tom Holland and say, 'Don't be like these guys?'"
