Timothée Chalamet and Kylie Jenner have been having a "casual" romance
Timothée Chalamet was warned against dating his most recent lady love Kylie Jenner as the 'Kardashian curse' could end his glittering acting career for good.
According to Radar Online, the Dune star was advised to end his fling with the Kylie Cosmetics founder before he ends up as "the latest punchline in a hoke about the Kardashian rejects."
Friends close to the star are advising him that the trajectory of his career graph, which is seemingly looking upward, could free fall if he continues to date the reality TV star.
Referencing some famous Kardashian, Jenner exes friends of Chalamet are urging the star to take note of Kanye West, Caitlyn Jenner, Tristan Thompson and Kris Humphries in a bid to bypass the "Kardashian curse."
"Every guy who dates or marries one of the Kar-Jenners winds up on the scrap heap, wondering what happened to their reputation and career," the source told the publication.
"Timothée has a bright future," the insider added.
"Getting involved with Kylie can lead to everything going up in flames."
"Every one of those guys left their relationship with a Kar-Jenner worse off than they arrived.
"Kanye’s a walking trainwreck. Caitlyn is a desperately seeking attention has-been. And Kris and Tristan are both out of the NBA and jeered every time they walk into an arena!"
The star's representative, however, quashed reports of the actor's friends asking him to end his relationship with Jenner.
"The last thing he needs is to become the latest punchline in a hoke about the Kardashian rejects!" the insider said.
