Britney Spears 'consents' to teen sons moving to Hawaii with ex: lawyer

Britney Spears has no problem with her ex-husband Kevin Federline moving to Hawaii with their teenage sons.

The singer’s attorney Matthew Rosengart claimed in a letter that Britney “will not interfere with and consents to the relocation” in response to Federline’s ultimatum via his lawyer.

Rosengart also noted that the former couple’s eldest son, Sean Preston, “will no longer be a minor” as he turns 18 this September, while their younger son, Jayden, is also “nearing the age of maturity.”

He expressed his discontent towards his counterpart for not being able to keep the matter “private for the sake and dignity of all parties involved, including the children,” and also slammed his interviews with the media alleging that the Toxic singer did not approve of the move.

“It was more than disappointing that you nevertheless chose to publicize this matter, creating unnecessary drama and a false ‘dispute’ by publicly discussing the issue and your letter,” he wrote.

It was reported earlier this month that Federline was planning to relocate to Hawaii after his wife, Victoria Prince, received a job offer from there.

Spears and Federline were married for three years in the noughties.
