In a first since 2021, Maroon 5 is releasing their latest single Middle Ground.
The track is symbolic and melodious where the lyrics flow like, "Sisters and brothers are picking sides/ and both of our mothers are terrified," one can depict this in a way of bringing about unification for the era.
On May 23, The Voice season finale had Maroon 5 debut the song live. The music video, directed by David Dobkin will come on the same day.
The last album Jordi was released in 2021.
It was a tribute to Jordan Feldstein, who passed away in 2017. He was a friend and the manager of the band. The album was not a small feat as it included collaborations with Stevie Nicks, Megan Thee Stallion and H.E.R.
Moreover, the band initiated a residency in Las Vegas. The schedule was for March and July and August, but the plan was not smooth. It was foiled by cheating allegations on Levine and therefore besmirched the band and its chances of residency.
