Kim Kardashian has recently been the target of several stalkers and spammers, and now the L.A. Sheriff's Department has arrested Jomine Zigler for contravening his restraining order.
In January, Zigler received an interim restraining order after claiming to have reached the billionaire's home in person; he is also suspected of being creepy by sending strange gifts to the SKIMS CEO.
The alleged stalker was not on Kardashian's property, but he was close by and may have intended to trespass as he had previously. Zigler was charged with violating the protective order, a misdemeanour.
The Los Angeles Sheriff's Department handcuffed Zigler and charged him with a misdemeanour breach of the protective order.
Kim Kardashian's restraining order modification hearing was due to take place this month to determine whether Zigler would be permanently barred from approaching Kim.

Jomonie Victor Zigler, who, according to the website TMZ, first contacted Kim Kardashian last December when he went to her house multiple times and posted several disparaging things about her on social media, has reportedly been the subject of Kim's request to the authorities for a temporary restraining order.
Kim requested the order to keep this individual away even though the times he attempted to visit her home, he was stopped by her security. Kim fears for her safety and the protection of her children.
The documents for the restraining order were submitted by Kardashian's attorney, Shawn Holley, who claims that Zigler sent goods to her home.
