She chose a black peacoat, dark wash jeans, and a green turtleneck with a matching green beanie.
The white sneakers and cross-body purse were the only accessories worn by the blonde beauty.
Following his brief relationship with Taylor Swift, Styles allegedly started seeing Calcutt in the early 2010s.
The two were initially captured on camera in Glasgow, Scotland, in 2012 while out for a movie date, although Calcutt insisted they were just pals.
