The upcoming political thriller, Lioness will premiere on Paramount+
Morgan Freeman is set to return to a small screen.
The 85-year-old act will star in a show called, Lioness, alongside Zoe Saldana and Nicole Kidman.
The show will premiere on Paramount+ and is based on a real CIA program.
Freeman will star as US Secretary of State Edwin Mullin in the upcoming political thriller
The show follows a young Marine, played by Laysla De Oliveira, who is recruited by the CIA to befriend the daughter of a terrorist.
Zoe and Nicole are also executive producing the series.
Sam Asghari, husband of Britney Spears, will also guest-star in the series as Kamal.
