Aaron Carter inheritance up in the air as singer dies without will

Aaron Carter died at the age of 34 without a will, leaving questions open as to who will inherit his wealth.

While the rapper leaves behind his son Prince, he went against the advice of his lawyer and did not state who was to get his estate in the event of his death.

California law states that in a single person dies without a will, and has a child, the child will be given their parent’s estate.

However, it was revealed that the singer was "not in a good place financially" and that a source close to him said that he was "living hand-to-mouth" adding that his house was up for sale.

Furthermore, he was also spending his earning rapidly, indicating his financial situation.
