Lupita Nyong’o is signing for 'A Quiet Place' spinoff 'A Quiet Place: Day One'

LupitaNyong’o is in final talks to appear in a leading role inParamount’sA Quiet Place: Day One.

Deadline reported on November 1, that as LupitaNyong’o is preparing to make a comeback to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, she is also in the final negotiations to sign for Paramount productionA Quiet Place: Day One.

The spinoff for A Quiet Place will be directed and written byMichael Sarnoski, famous for directing Pig.

According to the outlet, the upcoming movie will not be a threequel but rather a spinoff which is based on an idea by John Krasinski, the director of the first two films. This means that the movie will be different from the franchise.

The plot details are being kept under wrap along with the production process. The outlet tells that Emily Blunt and Krasinski are not likely to return to the movie, which is expected to release in March 2024.

The Original franchise is developing the third partwith Krasinski returning to direct it. It is expected to release by2025.
