Johnny Depp-Amber Heard's 'Hot Take' gets negative response

A film based on Johnny Depp and Amber Heard's controversial trial gets panned!

Hardly four months after the verdict a movie was being made about the sensational court case which left everyone glued to their TV and smartphone screens.

However, when the first teaser of The Tubi Originals' 'Hot Take: The Depp/Heard Trial did rounds it could not receive the expected reaction and was in turn slammed by the public for making a movie nobody wanted.

One person commented, "C'mon, we have all just seen the original less than 6 months ago, who needs a remake."

Another YouTube user wrote, "The only hot take here is the fact I'd rather re-watch six weeks of free, raw court footage than any money-milking, dramatized college project."

The trailer showed characters like Hapka and Davis getting into the skin of their roles.
