Vince Gilligan reunites with 'Better Call Saul' alum, Rhea Seehorn
Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan has been nabbed by AppleTV+ for its latest show, starring Better Call Saul alum Rhea Seehorn.
Through his High Bridge Productions, Vince Gilligan will serve as the showrunner and executive producer, and former Sony Pictures TV president Jeff Frostwill also executive produce, along with Diane Mercer. Jenn Carroll is producing for High Bridge.
According to Deadline, the so far untitled project is a blended, grounded genre drama and has received a two-seasonstraight-to-series order fromApple TV+.

According to an exclusive report by Deadline, at least 8-9 networks and platforms were lined up to hear the script and bid for the project, whose pitch is around$13.5 million-$15 million an episode.
In an interview, Gilligan shared his excitement for his new venture and said, "After 15 years, I figured it was time to take a break from writing antiheroes… and who’s more heroic than the brilliant Rhea Seehorn? It’s long past time she had her own show, and I feel lucky to get to work on it with her."
Gilligan has not divulged any details about the show buthe is believed to be taking a break from the world of crime and drugs in the series.
