American rapper Megan Thee Stallion is all set to collaborate with the popular K-pop music band, BTS, for a once-in-a-lifetime performance of Butter at the 2021 American Music Awards.
The highly anticipated collaboration was announced on the South Korean band’s official Twitter account with a promo video and a caption that read, “We're so excited to be bringing you the WORLD PREMIERE performance of "#BTS_Butter" in person at the AMAs with our friend theestallion! [purple heart emoticon].”
The video features snip bits from the Butter music video, both the original and Megan’s version. The premiere performance of Butter will be aired during the AMAs ceremony, which is set to be broadcast live from L. A.’s Microsoft Theatre on Nov. 21.
