Ed Sheeran took cues from daughter by playing new album to her

Singer Ed Sheeran disclosed that he played his upcoming album for his infant daughter in order to review the success status of his songs.

Ed Sheeran welcomed Lyra, his daughter in 2020 from wife Cherry Seaborn.

The Bad Habits singer told Today, Via ET Canada, “She’s moving more now, she’s got a groove, she’s got a groove. I don’t know whether I am happy about the musical element, you know? I don’t know if I’d want her to get into the same industry as me but we’ll see.”

Ed Sheeran preferred the life of waking up for Lyra every day early morning and her presence had played a massive role in changing him as a person. He admitted that now he was ‘less of a party boy’ and liked more to ‘hang out’ with his daughter.

He will be performing a special concert for his fans on September 9. About this Ed added, “I’m really excited. The first time I’ve done anything musically for the NFL, and I’m a big fan.”
