'This suit is without merit,' says Jenner's rep
Supermodel Kendall Jenner is being sued by Italian fashion designer Liu Jo in breach of her contract.
As per the suit, Jenner failed to fulfill the contract by being absent from one of the two agreed-upon shoots.
The documents have been submitted to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Monday.
However, as per Jenner's rep, the suit is baseless.
"This suit is without merit. The Society Management, on behalf of Ms. Kendall Jenner, has continually offered Liu Jo alternative dates and locations to fulfill an agreement that was forced to be delayed because of the coronavirus pandemic. Jenner has willingly offered to complete services honoring her commitments," Jenner's rep told Page Six.
