'I'll never forget the day I got married on TV,' says Lamar
Lamar Odom is looking in the past when he was married to Khloe Kardashian.
The footballer, who married reality TV star Khloe Kardashian in 2009, thanks E! as he tunes TV marathon of Khloé & Lamar.
Sharing a video ahead of KUTWTK season 20, Lamar thanks ex-wife Khloe of all the love and affection she provided him in the past.
"It's crazy — time flies," he says in the video. "This is the Lamar & Khloe marathon so I just wanted to give a shout-out to E! for giving me the opportunity, a shout-out to my ex-wife, Kris Jenner, Kim [Kardashian], for giving me the opportunity."
Lamar married Khloe only after a month of dating in 2009. The couple called it quits after seven years of marriage, in 2016.
"I'll never forget the day I got married on TV," he continues. "I get a little bit emotional watching it."
Speaking to PEOPLE in an earlier interview, Lamar explained the reason he got split with Khloe.
"It's just meant for us to be friends," he said.
"Well, I think we've both matured over time. I wish her all the best," he concluded.
