Liam Neeson’s upcoming action movie costs Netflix big amount of money
Hollywood action star Liam Neeson has been entertaining the audience on big screens with his stellar performances and outstanding action sequences. While it is no secret that his movies become the ultimate box office hit, his latest movie The Ice Road has caused the digital streaming platform Netflix a considerably huge amount of money.
The virtual European Film Market early report revealed that Netflix has bought the domestic rights of the film for $18 million.
The promo of the film, The Ice Road, offers an impressive plot that got the streamer excited to acquire it, despite the big money.
Neeson’s 2011 hit Unknown also turned out to be among Netflix’s Top 10 movies as the year 2021 began. The film’s official release date has not been announced so far by the streaming channel.
