'I honestly thought I wouldn't get married again. My ex ruined that word for me,' says Cuoco
Speaking to Variety's Golden Globes issue, the Big Bang Theory star revealed that she married her former husband Ryan Sweetin right when she was beginning to shoot for the show.
"Oh, my God, I don't remember my life before this show!" said the 35-year-old.
"And I went through a divorce on the show, got married in, like, six seconds."
Cuoco met Sweeting in June 2013 and decided to get engaged after a brief romance of three months. The couple later tied the knot in December the same year.
Detailing her whirlwind romance with Sweeting in an earlier interview, the Flight Attendant star said:
"I honestly thought I wouldn't get married again. My ex ruined that word for me," Cuoco said at the time. "I married someone the first time who completely changed. The person I ended up with was not the person I originally met. And that wasn't my fault — that was his."
